I was wearing my windbreaker in my own home!!! anyhow, we were so unprepared.. we don&#8217;t even have hot water for breakfast! The electricty only came back at like 10.40am.. and I thought we will be safe&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>BUT<\/p>\n<p>electricity went off again at abt 2pm!!! and last till abt 7.40pm! man&#8230; i totally had NOTHING to do, can&#8217;t even go online ( no modem\/router) and\u00a0can&#8217;t cook &#8211; we have a gas stove BUT it can&#8217;t work without the gun thingy&#8230; to mk it worst, the sun sets at 4.45pm and it became pitch dark (and cold) in\u00a0the apartment.. As I mentioned, we were soooooooo ill-prepared, we don&#8217;t even have a torch!!! so I was like surviving with a puny Ikea scented candle.. pathetic!<\/p>\n<p>BH bought sucky dinner home tt night&#8230; booo&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>was so glad tt the electricity came back! phew..\u00a0 the 1st thing i did was to take a shower.. so afraid tt the electicty will go out again!! now i realised the importance of electricity!!!<\/p>\n<p>Moral of the story: BE prepared!!!<\/p>\n<p>(btw, we bought torch and biscuits to prepare us for the future sudden electric shortage..)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nov 12 was kinda like a super duper cold day&#8230; we woke up and realised tt there&#8217;s no electricity!! manz&#8230; so cold can!!
