Ok, here&#8217;s the part about NYC. The moment you step outside , you can smell a bad stench &#8211; the kind that will mk you vomit. The roads are also badly littered. It&#8217;s not a nice sight at all&#8230; and very different from WA state ( which is not exactly v clean , at least not as dirty)<\/p>\n<p><br clear=\"all\" \/><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/199.96.156.76\/~binghuan\/seattletimes_6eptember\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/pic4.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/199.96.156.76\/~binghuan\/seattletimes_6eptember\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/pic4.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"pic4\" width=\"404\" height=\"404\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-2741\" srcset=\"https:\/\/seattletimes.6eptember.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/pic4.jpg 404w, https:\/\/seattletimes.6eptember.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/pic4-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/seattletimes.6eptember.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/pic4-300x300.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 404px) 100vw, 404px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<br clear=\"all\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Anyhow, Times Sq in the morning is very quiet. The night before, we noticed a lot of tourist taking pics with the policeman. Haha.. we found it so weird and funny that a policeman is a photo icon! haha.. oh well.. we took picture with the police station sign, just as bad right :X hehehe.<\/p>\n<p>The real subway&#8230;. OMG! It&#8217;s seriously HOT&#8230; there no aircon and the HOT air is trapped underground&#8230; booo&#8230;. and the stench and weird pple&#8230; erm&#8230; worst than SG.. BUT it&#8217;s the fastest and most convenient way to get around<\/p>\n<p>Took the train to South Ferry to see Statue of liberty. PLEASE GO EARLY! we reached at 8.45am and it was crowded already. Mind you, we need to go thru&#8217; security checks, so it will take up sometime<\/p>\n<p><br clear=\"all\" \/><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/199.96.156.76\/~binghuan\/seattletimes_6eptember\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/pic5.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/199.96.156.76\/~binghuan\/seattletimes_6eptember\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/pic5.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"pic5\" width=\"404\" height=\"404\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-2742\" srcset=\"https:\/\/seattletimes.6eptember.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/pic5.jpg 404w, https:\/\/seattletimes.6eptember.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/pic5-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/seattletimes.6eptember.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/pic5-300x300.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 404px) 100vw, 404px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<br clear=\"all\" \/><br \/>\nOk.. it&#8217;s kinda hard to have a good view on the cruise. It is just filled with people.. and everyone were like Meerkats &#8211; trying to take a picture. I kinda gave up&#8230; and played Wordament instead. <\/p>\n<p>At Liberty Island, it was beautiful \ud83d\ude42 I was really glad that I saw Statue of Liberty in real life after so long!!<\/p>\n<p><br clear=\"all\" \/><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/199.96.156.76\/~binghuan\/seattletimes_6eptember\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/pic6.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/199.96.156.76\/~binghuan\/seattletimes_6eptember\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/pic6.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"pic6\" width=\"404\" height=\"404\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-2743\" srcset=\"https:\/\/seattletimes.6eptember.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/pic6.jpg 404w, https:\/\/seattletimes.6eptember.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/pic6-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/seattletimes.6eptember.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/09\/pic6-300x300.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 404px) 100vw, 404px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<br clear=\"all\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Then I was busy completing the activity book so that I could earn a priceless and FREE souvenir at Liberty island.
