Yay! BH and I made it to Woodland Park Zoo<\/a>\u00a0on Saturday. Initially, our plan was to go to San Juan for Whale-watch using our rain check BUT changed our mind at the last minute as I needed to go to the bank. Anyway, it was a bad bad idea that we didn’t go to San Juan as a whole lot of Ocras were spotted!!! \ud83d\ude41 I feel so ‘gek’ … should have gone<\/p>\n

Although we missed out on the whales, we saw a whole lot of other animals \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Maybe we kinda started late, reached the zoo ard 11.30am – the parking was full. We managed to find a street parking .. heng! so parking was FREE! If you are wondering how’s the Zoo .. erm.. it’s NOTHING compared to SG – Singapore Zoological Gardens or rather San\u00a0Diego Zoo\u00a0is still better \ud83d\ude42 There’s no animal shows or tram to bring you ard\u00a0in this zoo… \u00a0However, the entrance fee for the seattle zoo is so much cheaper .<\/p>\n

The weather was super duper hot and dry – perfect for a ZOO excursion. It was amazing that the Penguins enclosure was outdoors.. heh.. non air-conditioned!!! I think the Penguins got burnt…<\/p>\n

I also spotted this weirdo at the zoo<\/p>\n

Looks familar?? geeez… BH insisted on wearing a shirt to the zoo?! I was like ‘ok….. ‘ iyoh…wear shirt means I need to iron \ud83d\ude41\u00a0he seriously think that I’m very free at home can\u00a0.. oh well… the interesting thing is …….. HE WAS NOT ALONE. Apparently, there are other men who wore shirt to the zoo too!!!<\/p>\n

heh.. so…\u00a0we needed ice-cream because of the hot weather.. ( ice-cream is\u00a0yucky! total waste of my calories)<\/p>\n
